Pulped coffee

Coffee cherry whose pulp has been removed to enter the fermentation process before being washed.

Origin coffee

This coffee comes from a region or farm with unique qualities, because it grows in special places. Customers like origin coffee for its special flavor and aroma attributes. There are three sub-categories: regional, exotic and farm.

Cherry coffee

Fruit of the coffee tree, which as such is collected on farms at harvest times in coffee regions and then undergoes a transformation process to be marketed.

Earthy (aroma)

The characteristic smell of fresh earth, moist soil or humus. Sometimes it is also associated with mold and the taste of raw potatoes, and is considered an off-taste in coffee. 

Mild Arabica coffee

It is 100% selectively harvested. Labor-intensive craft processes are used in collection; it is produced on a generally mountainous topography, with soils primarily of volcanic origin. Coffee

Generic term for fruits and beans of plants of the genus Coffea, generally of cultivated species, as well as for products from these fruits and beans in different processing and use stages intended for consumption. In Colombia, these plants generally belong to the botanical species Coffea arabica (Linnaeus).
